Terms of Service

Acceptance

Flip IQ Batch is a service operated by AMONCA Technology Solution LLC ("AMONCA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you're using Flip IQ Batch on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. References to "Flip IQ Batch" in these terms describe the service; the contracting party is AMONCA Technology Solution LLC.

Acceptable use

  • You may only use the service to analyze catalogs you have the right to analyze.
  • You won't use the service to violate Amazon's policies, including the Selling Partner Agreement.
  • You won't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service itself.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows are announced in advance. We are not liable for processing delays caused by upstream Amazon API outages or rate limits.

Payment and refunds

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. If a job fails terminally, the scans it didn't complete are refunded to your monthly quota. You may cancel at any time; refunds are issued for unused full months on annual plans.

Limitation of liability

Flip IQ Batch provides analysis and signals — not buying recommendations. AMONCA Technology Solution LLC is not liable for purchasing decisions you make based on our output. Total liability is capped at the fees paid to AMONCA in the trailing twelve months.
