Four 20,000-row files: what fits?

Four initial analyses total 80,000 rows. That fits Completo’s monthly allowance. Each file fits Scan Unlimited’s paid per-file allowance, and paid uploads are unlimited. Neither free allowance covers the complete scenario. Check repeat-processing rules separately; a per-file limit and a monthly row allowance are different limits.

If you also need 80,000 account eligibility responses, ask Scan Unlimited which rows receive those checks and whether another limit applies. The public documentation does not settle that part of the workload. Compare monthly prices with monthly prices; an annual monthly equivalent requires a different payment commitment.

Run the same small trial

Keep the original file and the same seller account and condition. Check identifiers, case quantities and every ASIN match before scoring profit. Record conversion time, manual corrections, unresolved eligibility and export usefulness. Measure hands-on time separately from processing time.

The trial worksheet has ten cases and fields for matches, packs, eligibility, corrections and timing. Results are blank: fill them using your own file and repeat the sample in each tool. Trial worksheet · CSV

The public PDF sample uses invented products and codes. It can test extraction; use real rows from your own supplier for Amazon matching and account checks. Inspect the PDF sample · Review a supplier price list

Before choosing an alternative

Can FlipIQ be a Scan Unlimited alternative?

It is worth evaluating for US supplier lists in CSV, Excel or PDF. If Scan Unlimited’s product research or a particular export is central to your process, include that task in the trial rather than assuming both workflows are interchangeable.

Is an IP warning the same as permission to sell?

No. A brand or IP warning is a risk signal. Selling eligibility depends on your account, ASIN and condition. Inspect both, and recheck before ordering; a result does not guarantee future approval or profit.
