Compare Amazon wholesale price list analyzers
A wholesale price list analyzer matches supplier products to Amazon listings and helps review costs, demand and profit. Choose the task your business needs, then test the same file in the tools on your shortlist.
Choose by the work you need done
| Tool | Starting task | Input to verify | Allowance to compare |
|---|---|---|---|
| FlipIQ Batch | Review a supplier file for Amazon US | CSV, Excel and PDF; inspect extracted packs | Monthly list rows; individual scans have a separate allowance |
| Scan Unlimited | Scan spreadsheets and investigate listings | Excel documented; test other formats | Uploads/month and products/file |
| Analyzer.Tools | Catalogs, storefronts and reverse sourcing | Spreadsheet workflow; test your exact extension | License and operational limits; data differs by plan |
| Seller Assistant | Price list to supplier and purchase order | Excel; test CSV against conflicting guidance | Product scans and eligibility checks are separate |
FlipIQ publishes this review and is one of the options. We checked its public app and vendor documentation on October 9, 2026. These are workflow recommendations, not a paid-account benchmark or a measured ranking of speed, accuracy or popularity.

Check unit costs and matches before the dashboard
Build a ten-row sample you can verify manually. Include a unit, case, multipack, variant, leading-zero code and missing data. Preserve source rows and import barcode columns as text.
Teaching example: a $48 case containing 12 units costs $4 per unit. An Amazon offer containing three units has a $12 purchase cost before prep or shipping. Using $4 against that three-pack’s selling price would overstate profit. These figures are assumptions for checking your mapping.
- Record direct import, conversion and cleanup.
- Confirm supplier units and listing packs.
- Inspect every identifier-to-ASIN match.
- Keep unmatched rows and missing costs visible.

Check what a restriction response means
All three competitors describe restriction-related features. Establish which response concerns your seller account and condition, which is an IP or brand warning, and whether a separate quota applies. The risk signal and permission to sell answer different questions.
FlipIQ needs your authorized Amazon connection for account-specific checks. Unresolved eligibility needs review before ordering. Neither profitability nor a software result validates a future invoice or guarantees approval.

Price the same monthly workload
Use four 20,000-row files as a hypothetical scenario: 80,000 initial rows in one month. Decide whether every row needs an eligibility check or only a selection. Record uploads, rows, checks, seats, exports and repeat processing.
Scan Unlimited limits uploads and products per file. FlipIQ counts monthly list rows. Analyzer.Tools’ unlimited-use license does not establish every operational cap. Seller Assistant separates scans and eligibility checks, with different monthly and annual allowances. These figures count different things.
Compare monthly subscriptions plus required add-ons. Annual monthly equivalents require annual spending. Record any unresolved limit or total before declaring which tool costs less.

Keep a record of the same trial
Use the same rows, seller account and condition. Record match and pack corrections, unresolved fields and the export handed to the buyer. Separate hands-on work from processing time. Test purchase orders or reverse sourcing explicitly if you need them.
The trial worksheet has ten cases and fields for matches, packs, eligibility, corrections and timing. Results are blank: fill them using your own file and repeat the sample in each tool. Trial worksheet · CSV

Catalog analysis and retail arbitrage
Can an in-store barcode app replace bulk analysis?
It starts from individual products during a visit. A wholesale analyzer starts from a supplier file. You may need both, but check individual-scan and list-row allowances separately.
Does a supported PDF guarantee correct extraction?
No. Inspect codes, case quantities, unit costs and excluded rows. A synthetic PDF can demonstrate extraction; it does not establish real Amazon matches or profitable inventory.
