FlipIQ vs. Seller Assistant: catalogs and purchase orders
Evaluate FlipIQ for mixed-format supplier intake and Amazon US review. Evaluate Seller Assistant if the shortlist must continue into supplier management and purchase orders. Check analysis and eligibility allowances separately.
Which workflow do you need?
This comparison is published by FlipIQ Batch, one of the products compared. We checked its public app and the competitors’ linked official sources. This is a documentation review: we did not benchmark speed, accuracy or usability with paid accounts across all tools. “Unverified” means evidence is missing.

Test CSV before planning a migration
Seller Assistant’s help page specifies XLSX/XLS and asks readers to convert CSV. Its Price List Analyzer tutorial lists XLSX and CSV. Those official statements still conflict on the review date. Test your actual file or ask support; that conflict does not prove CSV is unsupported. Attaching a PDF to a supplier record would not establish direct catalog extraction.

80,000 rows and 80,000 eligibility checks
The initial row workload fits FlipIQ Completo. Seller Assistant Business monthly covers the scans, but its eligibility allowance leaves 60,000 of the requested 80,000 checks outside the base quota. That does not make $79.99 a verified all-in price for this scenario. Confirm add-ons, whether they can be combined, and counting rules before calculating a total.
Keep the annual offer separate: Seller Assistant Business lists $839.88/year, with 300,000 scans and 50,000 eligibility checks per month. That quota still does not cover 80,000 checks without extra capacity. The workload is hypothetical; duplicates, reprocessing and selected subsets can change actual usage.
Test the handoff as well as the analysis
Use the same ten supplier rows, seller account and condition. Confirm case prices, unit costs and matches. Then test what the person placing the order receives: an export, a supplier reference, or a purchase order. Record unresolved rows. Connected purchasing features can matter more than the base subscription price.
The trial worksheet has ten cases and fields for matches, packs, eligibility, corrections and timing. Results are blank: fill them using your own file and repeat the sample in each tool. Trial worksheet · CSV

Questions about a Seller Assistant alternative
Do product scans include unlimited restriction checks?
Do not assume so. The reviewed Seller Assistant pricing lists separate analysis and eligibility quotas. Decide whether you need checks for every row or only the shortlist, then price that workload.
Can the trial validate a full export?
The published trial terms limit each result export to its first 25 rows. A small sample can test columns and the handoff, but it cannot validate a full 80,000-row export under those trial terms.
